and the gang
Yet another letter of thanks from two very satisfied customers. We
flew with Jeff on 14th September this year as a 40th birthday gift from my
husband, Ricky. I admit I was nervous as I am not good with heights
but Jeff explained that this is rarely a problem during a flight and he was
absolutely right! Ricky has waited 10 years for me to get the
courage to do this and I wish I had done it sooner! So if anyone
reading this is still unsure because of the heights involved - do it!
You'll be glad you did. I was so pleased with myself afterwards and
I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience (apart from Jeff's jokes, which should
carry a government health warning). Only kidding Jeff - thanks for
the reassurances and for looking after us so well.

Hi Jeff -
I don't know where to begin to tell
what an amazing experience is hot air ballooning. I don't understand
why it's not one of Orlando's top attractions. Certainly beats all
Disney's attractions. Also, wanted to thank you the great customer
experience you gave us. You were able to pass on to my parents and
grandparents your passion for ballooning that you have cultivated
during so many years. I can't wait to take my daughter on one of your
flights for her 5th year-old birthday. With your warm camaraderie and
your excellence in flying balloons, I have no doubt that she will be
in safe hands. Jeff you're the number one attraction in Orlando and
also the best kept secret !

You and your crew really are what make your
company click. You made us feel right at home and I liked the
fact we weren't just dropped off after the flight. Those little
details are what convinced me that your company is unique in its
approach to customer service. Let everyone know how much that
meant to our family. It sets you apart from a lot of other
tourist attractions and you have set the industry standard.
You're a outstanding pilot, a great comedian and businessman who
applies the personal touch. That is what makes you so
successful, in my book.

Dear all,
I celebrated my 40th Birthday with a balloon flight in April and my only
regret was not having done it the previous times I have visited Florida!
I loved the "hands on" approach (making getting up at so early worth it......
helping with the inflation stopped me dozing off) and the constant joking from
Jeff had me in stitches on many an occasion.....he was also incredibly
informative about all things "balloon" as well as the surrounding area,
pointing out all interesting things along the way. I really didn't expect to
see across to Disney (the EPCOT ball particularly visible) so this was an
added bonus.
I was very impressed by the professionalism of the whole team and the fact
that their love and enthusiasm for ballooning was contagious.
Thank you to all who made my day so enjoyable and to anyone reading this, book
now, it'll be the best thing you've ever done! Look at the photos if you need
any more persuasion!
P.S. I also visited Discovery Cove this year, but the balloon flight was even
better!

Hi Captain, How is your week going? We just flew back into Denver and
drove 4 hours to get home in Hemingford NE! Nice to be home.... back from Kansas
ya know....but we just really wanted to thank you for the best balloon ride
ever! In fact our only ride until we come back and have you take us up up up and
away again. The little girls Alex & Sam (the one that caught the cork) couldn't
stop talkin about it! We all enjoyed YOU so much! Thanks again and I will send
you pictures. Your website is great!

Gil were absolutely thrilled with their ride and my husband was
more than impressed with your company. They have both been
telling anyone who will listen all about their fabulous
experience (as well as spreading some of your unique humor).
They have been so enthusiastic about their experience that my
sister-in-law has expressed a desire to go ballooning. The only
catch is that she lives in Port Ritchey.....would you happen to
know of a good company to use over that way? Her 50th birthday
is coming up so the family would all like to go-in on this gift,
but we don't know who to go with over that way. I know none of
them can hold a candle to your group, but hey, nobody's perfect
right?!

Dear Captain Thompson and crew, My
husband and I went on a hot air balloon flight this morning in
Hertfordshire, England. We flew with virgin Balloons. The flight was
very good and beautiful. Looking at the landscape and the affluence
of the country side was breathtaking. However, I MISSED YOU LOT SO
MUCH. Our first balloon flight was with you in Florida on the 18th
of March, It was our wedding anniversary and it was magic. The
teams professionalism and humor made the whole experience
special. Well, my flight today missed a few things and that
is why i have been prompted to write to let you know you are
in a class of your own. I don't think i can really describe
the landing but the basket landed on it's side (imagine the
rest). It was a lovely experience but it lacked a lot of
humor, laughter and definitely your lovely moustache.
I wish you all the best and i hope you maintain your
excellent standards of customer care.

Hi Jeff,
I just wanted to touch base with you and let you know how
disappointed I was that you did not come to Iowa for the Balloon
Classic this year. My flight with you last summer was phenomenal!!
(I'm the one that cried when we landed)!
My ballooning bug was fed yet again this morning as I had another
flight. It was wonderful, but nothing compared to flying with you!
My pilot did a good job, with the experience he has gained so far.
We landed at 12 MPH and drug for about 30 feet. I didn't like it as
much as our feather soft landing last year, but found it a bit
thrilling. All I could do was hunker down in the basket and giggle.
My pilot this morning probably thought I was a crazy woman!!
Anyway, I just wanted you to know you're missed in Indianola. I hope
to have the opportunity to fly with you again some time.

Hi!
I just wanted
to let you know that My family and I flew out with Jeff on
Sat. Dec. 10th. It was the one of the biggest thrills we
have ever enjoyed. During our stay in Florida we visited
MGM, Universal, Epcot and the Magic Kingdom. I can say
without a doubt that our flight with you was the highlight
of our trip.

being so gracious to us all and for making a memory that
our family will always remember. If I were 15 again I

We like to say how much we all enjoyed the flight it must be
and will be the most memorable flight we will ever take and
are really looking forward to the next adventure in a
balloon. Peter [ the one who was apprehensive to go] was
very impressed [and that takes a lot believe you me] and
extremely pleased that Jeff Thompson our Pilot persuaded him
to make the flight. If you suffer with heights or vertigo,
Jeff will can assure you that you will have no ill effects
what so ever, he will bet you a Dollar and Peter paid up.
Another dollar to paste on your wall Jeff. The early morning
was a bit of a killer but that was soon forgotten as we
drifted with the wind through the trees over the swamps
absolutely fantastic.
We would also like to say thank you to all the ground crew
for all their efforts to make this a most memorable flight
and once again to Jeff our Pilot who is the most experienced
Pilot and most knowledgeable person we know of in the world.

Hello Jeff
My husband and I flew with you a
couple of years back as a life long dream for my 50th
birthday! We were lucky enough to have you as our pilot and
it was THE MOST spectacular experience (we were the ones that
got lost even though we did a reccy on where to meet you the
day before if you remember!). Anyway I would have absolutely
no hesitation in recommending your company to all of my

Yesterday
was my sister’s birthday… we surprised her with a hot air
balloon ride. She loved it! I stayed on ground to take
pictures and hang out with my friend Linda, part of the ground
crew.
If you are
like me, you always want the best for your family. I can
honestly say, that somehow I picked out the best! If you ever
want to go on a hot air balloon ride, without a doubt, you
