Description

An Adult Balloon Flight is $235.00 for each adult.  A Jr-Adult flight is $165.00 for each Jr-Adult.  A Jr-Adult is (age 5-15).  A $75 deposit is due for each Adult passenger and a $40 deposit for each Jr-Adult

Balance due after the flight will be $160 per adult & $90.00 per Jr Adult (Age 5-15). The Pilot will collect the balance due after the flight.

The deposit is good for 6 months.  If weather conditions have not allowed you to fly you will receive a $50 refund per adult ($25 per jr. adult) passenger deposit.

This is only a Deposit and not the full price of a balloon flight.  The Pilot will make contact with you after you have made the deposit.

If the weather conditions are not suitable on your first date we will ask you to choose another date.  (PLEASE UNDERSTAND, we want to fly you!)   If you fail to choose another date before your deposit expires then the deposit becomes 100% non-refundable. See our Cancellation Policy

Hot air balloon flights are conducted 7 days a week at sunrise weather permitting.  The entire flight program is 3 to 4 hours in length.  Flight time is (on average) about an hour, depending on wind speed and available landing areas.  Flights are weather permitting, see our “Weather or NOT” page for more information about weather limitations for hot air balloons.  The pilot has the authority over the Go/No Go decision.  Their decision is final.  Please remember the pilots decision is biased on many variables but most important is your safety.  Because safety is our primary goal, we understand how disappointing a NO GO can be but in nearly 50 years we have never hurt anyone and it is our desire to keep that perfect record.
